How to add fingerprint lock in WhatsApp in iOS and Android.

WhatsApp in the recent update has brought the feature to lock your WhatsApp app without the use of third party apps.

WhatsApp regularly brings the update to iOS and Android, this time in the version 2.19.221 in android and the latest version of iOS they have bring the feature to secure app by putting the fingerprint lock and also face lock in case of iPhone having face id. 

STEPS TO SET UP FINGERPRINT LOCK :

• Install the latest version of WhatsApp in iOS and android from play store or app store in iOS.
• Open WhatsApp > tap the vertical three dots icon on the top-right and go to Settings.
• Go to Account > Privacy > Fingerprint Lock (in Android)
• Go to WhatsApp Settings > Account > Privacy > Screen lock (in iOS)
• On the next screen, turn on Unlock with Fingerprint.
• We can also set the duration after which you'll have to use your fingerprint to unlock WhatsApp. It can be set to Immediately, After a minute or After 30 minutes.
